Sugata Mitra has opened the doors of the world’s first School in the Cloud. A look at it and what happens there.

Louise Robinson-Lay‘s insight:

This school, in my old home town, has just begun one of the most interesting experiments in teaching and learning. Sugata Mitra from Newcastle University has helped George Stevenson School in Killingworth, Newcastle, to begin a school in the cloud. The students self drive their learning and call on the assistance of retired teachers to help them with their questions and research. This is nothing short of amazing.
