Feedback from students is not new, to some extent we get it every time we enter a Class. But to get meaningful feedback that helps us to improve our ability to teach feedback from students is powerful. This post has some suggestions for ways to gather that student voice. As for using the feedback, a PLT discussion would be a good way of teasing out the heart of the matter and then identifying and trying solutions in a supported way.
