When I take my mountain bike out on the trails, besides getting a good workout, it relaxes me. For me it’s a mindful experience being out in nature with only me, the bike, and the trail.
While not strictly an education app, this one would be a great use of technology to motivate during training sessions in the gym. It is not yet available but when released you will be able to attach a heart rate monitor to the iPad and select from a variety of videos of interesting locations and your workout will speed up through the video based on your heart rate. A great way to exercise indoors.
