It’s called Pubble (reminds me of the Flintstones, no?) and it’s a simple way to add a real-time question-and-answer area to your website.

Adding interactivity to websites is not new. This, however, takes it further. It allows you to overlay real-time discussions onto any web page. Looks very promising.
